PEOPLE FIRST. TECHNOLOGY NEXT™

Less Tech-Stress.
More “Yay! My tech works”

I help you fix tech problems, simplify what’s complicated, and understand what to do next.

The video call drops just as you’re making a point. Your computer slows down when you have work to finish. You’re helping a parent with their phone, but neither of you knows what to try next. Or you just want to watch a game without the picture freezing. You’ve restarted, checked the settings, and tried a few fixes—and it still isn’t right.

For you or someone you care about, tell me what’s happening with your tech and how it’s affecting you. Your own words are enough.

A CLIENT’S EXPERIENCE

Daniel wanted to watch TV—not worry about whether it would work

Daniel, a doctor, wanted to enjoy the news, sports, and Netflix at home. Instead, his programs kept stopping. In our interview, he shared how getting help changed more than his connection—it changed how he felt about using his technology.

Scattered puzzle pieces represent the confusion of a problem that keeps returning.

BEFORE · FRUSTRATION

He just wanted to enjoy his evening

Daniel’s TVs stopped mid-program, with spinning circles replacing what he wanted to watch. Earlier attempts to help hadn’t solved it, and he couldn’t fix it himself.

“I mean, it was just, it was, it was a mess.”
Puzzle pieces begin to fit together as the underlying cause becomes clear.

DURING · A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

A clear plan gave him reason to trust again

He was worried another visit might leave him in the same situation. I listened, assessed his setup, and explained what needed to change and the cost. Seeing the work follow through gave him reassurance.

“When he says he’s gonna be here, he’s here”
A completed puzzle represents a reliable connection and a calmer experience.

AFTER · WHAT HE CAN DO NOW

He could finally relax and enjoy what he loved

Daniel could watch his programs without the earlier interruptions. He no longer had to wonder whether the TV would stop working in the middle of a scene.

“there’s no hassle anymore”

WHAT CHANGED BEYOND THE FIX

Once the frustration eased, he started exploring what else his technology could do.

After the TV was working, Daniel showed me the Bluetooth connection in his car. We got it working and explored features, including Siri, that made his everyday calls easier.

How fixing the TV opened the door to more

The problem beneath the interruptions

Daniel had changed internet and television providers, but the interruptions continued. During my assessment, I traced how the Wi-Fi signal traveled across his home. It wasn’t reaching the places where he needed a steady connection, and the setup lacked the right equipment. Earlier quick fixes had added complexity without addressing the cause.

I simplified the Wi-Fi setup and added the right equipment. When we spoke afterward, Daniel described excellent reception on all his televisions. The outcome that mattered to him was being able to watch what he enjoyed without worrying about losing the connection.

What that change meant to him

The car connection mattered because Daniel made and received calls, including calls to the hospital. Exploring Siri gave him simpler ways to use features he hadn’t known were available.

“anything that makes my life easier, by definition, adds the quality of my life”

Based on our July 31, 2026 interview. Quoted excerpts are his words; the surrounding story is a summary. Daniel’s name has been changed to protect my customer’s identity. Puzzle illustrations represent the stages of his experience.

MEET ROBERTO

PEOPLE FIRST. TECHNOLOGY NEXT™

Hi, I’m Roberto.

I’ve spent more than 25 years helping people with technology. What I’ve discovered is that it’s about people and their stories.

I start by listening

I want to understand what’s happening, how it’s affecting you, and what you’d love to be able to do. Then we work through it together—whether you want the problem handled or want to understand more.

We make room for discovery

One of my favorite moments is watching someone discover something they didn’t know they could do. A simple trick can turn frustration into curiosity, and curiosity into confidence.

I love celebrating those moments and giving them room to settle.

Confidence grows beyond our conversation

I love hearing what happens afterward: trying something new, figuring things out independently, or sharing a discovery with someone you care about.

I want you to feel comfortable exploring and using what you’ve learned on your own. That’s what makes my work meaningful.

I believe technology is a language of connection. I’m here to help you speak it fluently.

My sloth reminder: listen closely, notice the details, and give you room to learn. Why a sloth?

My SLOTH Approach™Calm attention. Clear next steps.

Ever felt rushed while asking for tech help? Here, there’s room for your questions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Wondering whether to reach out? Start here. If your question isn’t covered, you’re welcome to ask me.

Getting help

Can you help with my tech problem?

I help people work through technology that isn’t doing what they need—at home or in their business. Tell me what’s happening and what you’d like to be able to do. We’ll discuss whether I’m the right person to help and what the next step could be.

Why the sloth? 🦥

Someone once asked me which dog I related to. My answer? “None of them. I’m a sloth.”

To me, the sloth represents patience, mindfulness, conserving energy, and the wisdom of slowing down. It’s a reminder to pause, pay attention, and put effort where it matters.

That’s the spirit I bring to helping you with technology: listening carefully, connecting the clues, and giving you room to ask questions and learn at your own pace. We take the time to understand what’s happening so the next step feels clearer.
